Somehow Solomon managed to tackle so many issues & ideas within one 300-ish page novel, I think I’ll be thinking about this one for a while. Also, the body horror was very weird! I’d love to see this made into a movie one day.

The first 2/3s of the book are incredible. If it could have ended here on a massive cliff hanger, I would’ve given it a 5/5 stars. Some of the best I’ve read in a while. 
However, the last 1/3 of the book was a mess. The plot got so lost and rushed. Pivotal scenes needed to be longer.
