I sincerely loved this book. Karen M. McMannus has won me over with another novel and I thoroughly enjoyed my time reading! I can’t say there is anything I would change about this book, which is why I’ve chosen to give it 5 stars! It was easy to fall in love with Brynn and Tripp. A great read!

I am obsessed with anything Karen M McManus writes. I love the different POV’s she writes and way she gives each person their own voice. This book was no different. Well thought out characters, a storyline that is developed at just the right pace, and enough plot twists to keep you wondering “whodunit”.. This one hooked me from the first page and didn’t let me go. Karen McManus is a top tier YA thriller writer. If you love her other books, I guarantee you will love this one too! I also really enjoy how she sets up that all her books are set in the same timeline. There are nods to “One of Us is Lying”, “Two Can Keep a Secret” AND “You’ll Be The Death Of Me”.

Huuuge thanks to penguin books NZ for sending me a copy in exchange for my honest review.

Karen McManus has once again done it and captured my heart and my attention.

It's not hard for me to devour her books within a single night and Nothing More To Tell was not an exception. She writes YA thrillers that always gets me no matter how much I think I'll dislike it. Spoiler alert: I absolutely cannot hate anything she writes. It's a proven fact.

Tripp was such an interesting and (slightly) dumb character that I can't help but love. If the boy just talks to people and listens to what they have to say, it would really make him happier. His hard-working attitude and self-deprecating self just makes me want to hug him because boy, has he been through a lot. That's why I was satisfied when he had that heart-to-heart with Brynn. Tripp also has some of the best lines in this novel so there.

Brynn was also very fun to read and her journalism skills are something to be envied. Though the main mystery is who killed Mr. Larkin, it doesn't get revealed to the very end. And the way Brynn solves the mystery and resolves to bring the culprit to justice was such a touching gesture. Loved it for her. Love that she's gonna continue to be a journalist.

And my silly little heart had to fangirl when I read those mentions of the Bayview Four and Echo Ridge books. The shortest way to my heart is having all your series together in one universe.

Not as top-tier as her other books have been, but still a compelling and addictive read! There were too many little subplots for my liking, it was a little too confusing to keep up with all the new names and roles. Props for the author for always managing to write great YA mysteries, I don't usually read that genre but her books are an excellent exception!
