I really do love this series. The romance is so swooning and there's action all the time and absolutely ridiculous scenarios. I particularly rooted for Bixby and Alice to find their happy ever after, with such difficult upbringing. I think it could have gone deeper into that trauma but I understand it doesn't fit the fun and fast pace of the books. Also the rose and thorns tattoo om Bixby suggested a deeper meaning but it also wasn't revisited?
I loved the epilogue. What a sweet tender moment for our lovely protagonists.

This book is a fever dream in all the best ways. Absolutely hysterical with two phenomenal MCs that had me laughing from start to finish. I love the oddball cast of characters that constantly demand to steal scenes, the action and adventure, and the interactions between the MCs. Overall, a funny and adorable read when you need to escape for an afternoon.
