I just loved this series. It’s not anything groundbreaking or literary genius but it’s just fun.

Solid 3.5 stars. It was a great beach read -light, fun, entertaining- but I hoped for a bit more romance and less action. In the end I got a bit bored of the piracy plot and skimmed through the rest to finish it.
