This was my first Hockey Romance book EVER! and it definitely didn’t disappoint I’m so in love with this book I couldn’t put it down, it’s what has made me obsessed with Hockey Romance books now.

Can’t wait for the next book!

Um ew what kind of pet name is songbird so fucking cringe. Also zero plot some vibes. If you want to read for smut and smut only this is your book but don’t expect anything more. I’m not even going to give this a proper me review bc I don’t think the book deserves it. Jamie was cool but there comes a point that grumpiness becomes really fucking cringe and that’s exactly how I felt in the beginning. He was chill towards the end. Pippa um idek I feel like I can’t properly review this because these characters really had no depth besides being really fucking horny for each other. I’m kind of intrigued in Rory and Hazels story but I think I’ll hold off. Wanna save myself the disappointment.

I tried to read this on KU 3 times… couldn’t get into it but kept seeing TikTok’s about it. So I listened to the audiobook and wasn’t a big fan. The next book sounds intriguing but I have no clue if I’ll add it to my tbr or no.

A great book with a pretty cute and very sexy romance. It didn’t feel like the Cove series but nothing negative to say. It simply didn’t feel like a 100% 5 star book for some reason. But still a really great book.
