I’m a huge fan of Stephanie archer. Picked up on of her other books in her first series and fell in love. This is no different.

The thing I love most about her books is that it’s a solid solid solid plot with amazing spice. I’ll read anything she puts out and already counting down to book two

I absolutely adored this book i adored that this was literally a insta love from jamies pov !! finding out she was his crush in hs was so cute. He didnt do anything about it tho but omg . the fact when he found out her ex never made he orgasm before he literally made sure to show her as much pleasure as he could.

sadly this book didnt focus as much on the hockey aspect of this book as i would have liked . I DO ADORE THE FACT THAT The whole reason he got a personal assistant was cus he adopted a dog like just so cute.

the fact they both never said to each other at when they first met again that they knew each other so they both thought they forgot about the other was funny

also the spice was top tier ( not too much but just enough) yet again other top tier stephanie archer book

also it was hockey romance and hockey players are hot

btw i originally got this book because of the adorable cover and because its hockey romance

oh guys I loved this so much. Jamie and Pippa are were just divine. It was a really nice & easy read. Definitely recommend and will be reading the rest of the series!! My first time reading Stephanie Archer and won’t be the last!!

okay— it was just so UGHHHH. i wanted to DNF at 20 % and it was slow— cringe most of the time too. weird pet names weirded me out and they were just so dramatic for no reason

This was written so badly I'm not convinced an adult wrote it.

it was cute ! but honestly not my fave and i by the end i was getting a bit bored
emotional funny hopeful lighthearted

Give me a grumpy as hell MMC who’s secretly madly in love and I’M in love.
I do NOT even care that this was instant, mutual attraction and they’ve known each other since highschool. There was still such good slow burn and pining and tension and it had me EDGED.
Seriously, Jamie is fucking precious. So kind and good to his mom. He’s also SO STERN AND HOT AND BOSSY AND ASGHHJJLLLL. I love the way he loves Pippa, without even telling her. Putting on her shoes for her? Eating all of the cupcakes she made? THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS SCENES?
