I enjoyed this short graphic novel, I read it in around 1 hour. It covers one mother’s experience with postpartum depression. It honestly seemed miserable and she clearly had a very difficult time but I appreciated her message of highlighting that not even birthing person has the same experience, and despite assumptions, it is not always positive/enjoyable post/ birth. With honesty Wong discusses her love for her daughter and her feelings of failure and sadness alongside physical pain and fatigue emphasising that it does get better
