Work from home 2020: book 26.

Filled with holy relics and Christian/Anglo-Catholic mysticism, this was another lovely installment in the Ruth Galloway series. This is the 4th book I’ve read in the series thus far, and while it deserved the 4 star rating, I found it to be the least atmospheric. I think in part because a lot of the mystery centered around the Church, of which I am not a huge fan.

But still — worth reading. Each book in this series has yet to leave me wanting. Highly recommend!

Enjoying this series. Now that I've gone through eight, I'd say it is helpful to have read them in order. Ruth takes quite the back seat in this one. Not much archaelogy, more spirituality and police procedural in this one.

Another decent entry in the Galloway/Nelson series - I marked it down to 3* as the religious theme didn't really grab my attention or interest. The archaeological didn't really feature much at all here.
