I love these books. They are so easy and fun to read, and the artwork is amazing. It's simple but really gets the point across. Hopefully soon I can continue on with this series.

For some reason, I actually think a little bit is lost in the graphic novel, but that could just be me; I read the BSC series growing up and was super into it! The graphic novel is definitely a faithful to the original story, and is a fun read, but for me personally the charm will always be in the novels. :) Also, Telgemeier's backgrounds in here are incredibly bland? It just wasn't very enjoyable to look at as it could have been.

Raina does a practically perfect job with this series. I just zipped through the first four that I magically found at Bookman's. This was, by far, my favorite series as a kid. I think the representations of the characters are spot on.

I was never a fan of the original series, which is perhaps why this book did nothing for me.

Fun, cute read. It followed the original story closely, but still felt fresh. Fun to see it as a graphic novel.

I was delighted to see that the Baby-Sitters Club would be getting full colour graphic novels. I haven't read all of the Baby-Sitters Club, but I have read quite a few and I know I enjoyed them.

It was really great fun to see the girls again, and I loved that they were in full colour now, it just makes them come more alive, it gives them more character. I love Raina Telgemeier's art and I am so happy that she is drawing these graphic novels. I do hope that there will be a lot of these books coming out, I saw we will at least get 3 other books, let's hope that is not all.

The story was fun, and while I could still remember everything, I was still having fun and laughing at parts. Kristy is a great character, and while she was a bit of a brat at times, I can somehow imagine why. It mustn't be easy for her. Having divorced parents and your mom starting to date again.
I loved her idea of a Baby-Sitters Club, and it was great that they could set it up this quickly. Of course, they had a lot of help from other people who were eager to help out.

Stacy was the only character I didn't particularly like. Maybe because she wouldn't be honest about her problems until much later in the book. And yes, it might be embarrassing especially when she was teased for it, but I feel like she should just have been honest and told them why she couldn't eat everything. Now there was this big argument and friendships that were stretched and tested.

I loved the idea of the Baby-Sitters Club journal. It was fun to read the adventures of the girls and what they experienced. And it helped out in the later parts when someone else would babysit, they would know what to do, and what to watch out for.

Even though Kristy is the main character for this one, we still find out enough about the other girls. About their families, their lives and what there skills and strengths are. I really love that, it makes me love the book even more.

I like how everything is still the same as it was in the original book, she really kept the style and feelings of those books and translated them to graphics. It is not always done right, but Raina Telgemeier did it perfectly here. It is that I know this was done in 2014/2015, but otherwise I might have thought it was way older. :)

All in all, I will be eagerly awaiting all the other books in this series, I will be sure to add them to my collection. And I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
