The writing is not the best one out there but suffice it to say that I enjoyed this book in increments. I actually attempted to listen to this on audiobook but it didn't work for me, I guess I'm more of a visual person even if, in all honesty, the audiobook's narration was really good. Anyway, it didn't break my heart as much as the trailer of the movie did—does every time it comes on to the part where Ed Sheeran starts to sing. It was the trailer of the movie that prompted me to pick this up. It helped a lot that Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin were the images conjured when I read the book. Gave it a 3 because of the writing, it's very weak, it didn't properly execute a promising plot. There were so many loose parts. If you enjoy Alexandra Potter, Sophie Kinsella, Nicholas Sparks and the like then I recommend you pick this one up.

Okay, this book. THIS book. Wow.

Amazing, has me speechless right now. This is unlike any other book that I have read. Thank the lord it isn't like John Green books. This book wasn't meant to rip out your heart, and it actually didn't. Although, it did have me "ugly" crying.... It taught me so much: live boldly, take advantage of NOW, make your own decisions, and enjoy your life to the fullest extent.

This story had me on a rollercoaster - laughing, cringing, bawling. I don't even have the words right now to go into depth of the plot, characters, writing, etc. In fact, with this book, I find that all that doesn't even matter. Its the message that makes this book so unique and raw and lovely.

What did I just read??

This is an amazing book that I am very happy I got my hands on. I must admit, the movie trailers that came out recently are what spiked my interest in the book. Now that I am finished the book, I am ecstatic to go watch the movie ... although I am not entirely sure I will be able to handle it. With that said, how can one not go to a movie that is not only based of this book, but has Daenerys Targaryen, Clara Oswald, Mr. Bates, Neville Longbottom, Tywin Lannister and so many other wonderful actors in it's cast.

The book itself was just perfect, and horrible, and inspiring, and ...

Although I have always loved a good romance novel, I do find myself quickly become skeptical. Overly cheesy romance novels are not my cup of tea. Although I can find them cute, I tend to be annoyed by the exaggerated love stories. This, to my great delight, was nothing like that. It seemed to pull all the elements of romance stories that I love, and leave everything else out. It felt genuine. It felt dorky. It felt intense. It was something else.

JoJo Moyes wrote a book that both inspires people, and tears them down. A perfect mixture of the two.
