I realize that I am in the minority on this one but I just did not like this book. It was described as laugh out loud funny. Apparently I read a different book. I do not consider suicide, sexual assault, lies, thievery, and catastrophic loss funny at all. That would be more of a TRIGGER warning!

In addition, the author portrayed religion as a negative stereotype and connotation. As Americans, we have the right to purposefully engage in faith and all religions. In society, we should be open to all faiths and other's beliefs even if they do not coincide with our own.
Having a faith or belief, should not be considered wrong and atheism is not always individual's beliefs. I believe that the book falsely represented atheism, faith, and Christianity. Spreading stereotypes regarding a religion she herself did not believe, the author was spreading false information. Bashing faith as a whole and creating falsified beliefs of Christianity took a huge role into creating a book filled with deceit.

Overall, this was the saddest story and I would not recommend this book at all.
