Who runs the world? Elizabeth Zott. Wow. I loved this whole book. The attitude, the determination, the science, and the cooking show. It reminded me of my culinary classes behind the science of cooking, man do I miss it.

This book kept me entertained but it was one of those books that if you look under the surface you can easily find the flaws. A lot of the social issues talked in this book seemed over simplified or under researched for the book.
