This is a great book for anyone who is building a team or would like to help nurture a team back to health. Sinek details the difference between leaders and managers, and the empathy and awareness of roles and individuals within organizations. Great read (listen).

I knocked this down .25 stars for dropping an F bomb in chapter 24 and now I can't use it for a multigenerational book club, and I'm bitter about it.  Otherwise a pretty great book that only has some cringy aspects (refers to doctors as "men").  Gives easy to understand examples of leadership actually working in place.  I read a later edition that also had a section on leading Millennials that (as a millennial) I thought was pretty awesome.

Repetitive after a while. Main information is little compared to the storytelling. He’s a good speaker but I feel like this book could be condensed to be even shorter.
