Not my favorite in the series, but still great. I do wish the relationship between the Baudelaires and the Quagmires had been fleshed out a bit more, but I wouldn’t really expect anything masterful in that regard. It did irk me a tad that Hammurabi was called a researcher, but that’s about as far as my discontent goes.

This was super cute! I loved that there were some new characters, and that this book genuinely ended in a cliff instead of following a completely identical formula.

I enjoyed this installment in the series of unfortunate events series. It was a little odd though. I like how new characters were introduced, who I'm positive will show up. But other than that the story, in my mind, added nothing to the series. This was just a meh book that I seemed to have enjoyed. This series is not one of my favorites but I'm excited to continue on.
