Thank you to Net Galley for the advanced copy of this book. There is not a RaeAnne Thayne book that I have read that I have not loved including this one. The Cafe at Beach End is just a wonderful story that makes you want to move to the town of Cape Sanctuary. The characters in this book are strong and vibrant and as you read the book you find yourself cheering for them. Most families have issues and the main family in this book is no exception. However, as you read the book you realize that there is always more to the story of each person's life and you really never know what goes on behind closed doors. Emotions run high throughout this whole book and it makes you want to keep turning pages. If you are looking for a great story to read, pick this book up!!

The Cafe at Beach End was everything I was hoping for to kick off my summer reading!
Meredith and Tori are cousins and grew up with a sisterly relationship until circumstances and decisions drove them apart. After being away for years, Meredith returns to the hometown that Tori never left, hoping to get her feet back under her. Will all the complexities of their lives bring them together again or continue to drive a wedge?
This book had a sweetness to it despite there being some heavy topics (death of a spouse, financial crimes). I found myself rooting for both Tori and Meredith regardless of what came of their relationship. They were doing the best they could within their own circumstances. And yet they never stopped being loving human beings.
Life is so complicated yet it is simple, and the author artfully wove it all together. There’s something to be said when the story is so well done that it could have been the story of your own neighbors.
This is the second time I’ve read one of RaeAnne Thayne’s books in the summer and I plan on making it a yearly tradition going forward!
Thank you to Get Red PR for the opportunity to read this book. The review expresses my own opinions.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Another fun, easy beach read! I love that this one had a little extra drama with Meredith’s past and Liam’s big secret. All the characters in this one were very likable. Of course in the beginning Tori was “a tough nut to crack” but by the middle of the book she was my favorite. I also really liked Meredith, Liam and especially Sam.
This was just a really light book that gave you all the emotions you’re looking for in a good family drama: happiness, sadness, conflict, new love, and mending broken relationships…definitely a 5 star read for me!
