I loved this book so much. I have nostalgically been reconnecting and rereading these books and the first series did not disappoint. New prophecy #1 feels like “Warriors the Next Generation” other than Crowpaw love all the character and their epic fantasy quest. Got the rest of this second series and excited to binge.

A pretty good book. Not my favorite in the Warriors franchise, but I feel like this is a good start to the second series. A solid 3/5. One thing I was not a fan of, though, was how Firestar acted like a jerk. You think he’d be kinder to Brambleclaw. I was also not expecting Midnight to be a badger.
