This was a great story because not only did it add more character depth to Liam. It also showed how tempted show one would be to us the knowledge of the future to save someone.

Heart breaking and not particularly essential to the TimeRiders series. Basically it teaches us that we can't just save the ones we love for their inevitable deaths because them surviving could mean a bigger catastrophe later in time. Although I'm glad to know that Liam did have a romantic interest and and willingness to save somebody, I just wish it impacted the series a little more seen as though I waited years to get my hands on a copy of this extremely short story.a
