A gorgeous conclusion to a stunning trilogy. Highly recommended. Who are we when our faith and foundation is so completely shaken is so beautifully explored by Broadway in this series. I couldn't get enough.

"I told the girl that I loved my scars. And I do. My scars tell my story more clearly than any ink."
- Alice Broadway, Scar

This book wrapped up the trilogy nicely, but I wish it had more of the dream/story italic parts in because that's my favourite aspect of this trilogy.

I'm so sad to say that I didn't get into this one at all.

I really enjoyed this series. So unique compared to anything else I have read. The first book was my Favourite but that's not unusual for me. I often find the original premise in a story my Favourite story. Though this was still a very strong conclusion

Definitely a worthy conclusion. I love how this book really explore religious indoctrination on both sides of the wall with both Saintstone and Featherstone being just as bad as each other, completely absorbed by hate and almost hypnotised by their charismatic leaders. This book got dark in places, like almost Game of Thrones levels of dark and I’m glad it did because I really hammered home the message of blind hatred and following your leaders without question. I think the ending, though anticlimactic, felt realistic and I was satisfied with how it all ended. I’m really glad I picked this series up.
