realistic, imperfect and grounded characters who go through the cruelty of life. It’s refreshing to read about people who don’t have it all figured out well into their 30s and take lots of different paths to where they need to be.

I wasn’t a fan of Dexter getting with Maddy at the end, it didn’t feel necessary for him to move on so quickly to somebody else. Especially when Emma held out for him for so long. He didn’t deserve her.

I also liked the fact Sylvie didn’t become a villain in the end. 

It’s like a sad Love Rosie :(
