Took me about 100 pages to really get into it, since the beginning emphasizes covering up a crime rather than solving it, but once the characters pivot to investigating, I finished the book in one sitting.

I enjoyed this book, but I found the killer predictable, though I'm glad the trope was flipped. I didn't find most of the characters very lovable however, they were naive and too trusting, especially for their experiences. It was overall a sad book but with a semi-happy ending. And I liked the twist with Rosaline.
The narration was extremely well done.
