While there will be readers who enjoy this book, I am not one of them. Having read plenty of romance where the pair hate one another (yet are attracted) then find themselves in love made me realize the writing for Jonah and Eva wasn't doing it for me. Their interactions made me dislike her and think pairing them is a terrible idea. Having stopped in the middle of chapter 4, I have no idea how things sorted out between them but I don't like her enough to care about finding out.

This book was captivating from the get go! The cast of characters were all incredibly special and unique, and the world they were in was vivid and special. An overall badass-ery and yet a very human component to the lives portrayed. I can't wait for the sequel!
