I love hanging out with this cast of characters.

The Bullet That Missed is as much fun as its predecessors, and as full of heart. New murders start occurring when our four elderly detectives start digging into a cold case, bringing them into contact with money launderers, television personalities, high-ranking policemen, and spies. Fiona Shaw reads this episode brilliantly, and the series is such a comforting, uplifting read.

This is a fun series! Really like the shifting perspective for each chapter and Joyce remains my favorite character. Per usual, didn’t see the two big twists coming at the end. Clever title with multiple meanings.

Fantastic, just like the previous two
