When I read the prolog I thought I was in for a cute book. Instead i found the main couple toxic
 The hole middle point was redundant.

I did really like the last two chapters though Rune had a brief pit of development and with the a thousand girl kiss jar I thought that I might like the ending. The epilogue ruined that for me. Having him die at 27 and reunite with poppy without growing outside their relation ship was not an ending I particularly enjoyed.

other than that I just didn't enjoy the writing style which is totally personal preference but the amount of time all the character said baby was just ridiculous. I see why some people might enjoy this book but I just didn't gell with the writing or the characters.

If you're looking for a tear jerker. This the one. Have a box of tissues ready because this book will have you sobbing. It can be a bit cringey at times with all the cheesy lovey dovey sayings and what not, but that doesn’  negate over the fact of how emotional and heartwarming this book was. Almost every one in the book is a likeable character and the book just showcases pure innocent young love. It's very wholesome and quite idealistic. It was a nice read.
