The tips in this book are simple yet hard to do, I found them to be helpful for me at this point in my life. I also found this book to be a good study of Korean culture and it’s people. Some problems are specific to each society and through exploring their books it gives you more insight about how society functions and how it effects those within it. I found that part of the book to be the most interesting.

I'd say it's an easy read but it took me a while to finish because it wasn't engaging enough for me. I found myself losing focus from time to time. Still, it's a good book with great lessons (although there were a few I didn't agree with) and very nice illustrations. There are also some concepts that I feel were a bit lost in translation so some messages didn't land well enough. I don't think I'll read this again in full but I might visit some of the essays I liked from time to time.
