اون دوستم بود که گفت بخش دی رو بخون؟ همون اینو بهم داد بخونم. :)
برا داداشم خوندم از تابستون تا الان طول کشید. :) باهم خوندیم و خوش گذشت!

بالاخره تموم شد! YAY!
خلاصه که جالب بود، آدمو شگفت‌زده می‌کرد هرچند که انقدر بین خوندن‌مون وقفه می افتاد نتونستم اون‌طور که واقعا، ازش لذت ببرم.
قبل ازاین‌که مکس-ارنست درباره‌ی تایتانیک روده‌درازی کند، کاس گفت: «دنبال زباله‌های سمی می‌گردم.»
مکس-ارنست آگاهانه سر تکان داد. «آره، شنیدم همیشه مدرسه‌هارو روی جای جمع‌آوری زباله‌های سمی می‌سازن، برای اینکه این‌جور زمین‌ها خیلی ارزونن و به کسی نمی‌گن، بعد همه مریض می‌شن. می‌خوای کمکت کنم؟ تو آزمایشگاه دستکش لاستیکی هست، شاید بهتر باشه بریم بیاریم. تماس با مواد سمی ممکنه باعث حساسیت پوستی بشه.»
کاس لبخند زد. مکس-ارنست آن‌قدرها هم بد نبود.
یک سال پیش، اگر کسی برای کاس کلوچه می‌پخت و می خواست برایش قصه بگوید، احتمالا بهش برمی‌خورد و فکر می‌کرد دارند مثل نی‌نی کوچولوها با او رفتار می‌کنند. حالا آن‌قدر بزرگ شده بود که باز هم از اینکه شب برایش قصه بگویند خوشش بیاید (باور کن، هرچقدر آدم بزرگ‌تر می‌شود، بیشتر دلش می‌خواهد کسی شب‌ها برایش قصه بگوید، ولی احتمال اینکه قصه‌گویی پیدا شود، خیلی کمتر است.)
آخر می‌دانی، او بارها و بارها سعی کرده بود دنیا را نجات بدهد، اما این اولین بار بود که یک نفر سعی کرده بود او را نجات بدهد..
و همین.
+من راوی رو دوست نداشتم. این مدل راوی رو زیاد.. نه. شایدم زیادی لوسم و خوشم نمیاد یکی هی بهم بگه "اینو حذف می‌کنم نفهمی" یا "برات بهتره اینو ندونی". بابا دارم می‌خونم بگو دیگه!

I love the set up of books like this. The narrator talking to the reader is always interesting to me and there is so much more you can do with it. I enjoyed the story as well, though it was a little predictable it is also for kids. This is a fun, simple read with a few interesting twists. I think I'll read the next book too just because it was an enjoyable read, plus, I like to finish a series once I start it. I'm not sure the narrator talking to the reader was a successful here as I've seen it in other books, like the series of unfortunate events books (it reminded me a lot like that with the whole "stop reading now" bits) but it was still well done. Only negative that really comes to mind is that it didn't really drive me to keep reading and it didn't make me care too much about the characters. I kept reading becuase I was curious, but it didn't make me HAVE to read it.
A joy to reread this book!!!! It’s super silly and you should be ready to embrace that.

Shhh!!! I can't say much about this book because it's a secret! Just kidding. I would share my thoughts on this children's book without revealing too much about the plot or characters.
This was a very entertaining book. I liked how the story was told by a narrator who kept speaking to the reader. He kept warning the reader not to read on, gave fascinating facts about certain words or topics, or would sometimes get off on a tangent on how he felt about the characters' situation. I read this book along with a student and it was exhilarating to see how the narrator's dark humor made my student eager to keep reading. It was very fun to read this aloud too because I found myself laughing at all the quirky things the narrator said.
The illustrations and chapters made reading this book a hoot. The illustrations held many of the secrets and themes of the chapters. My student and I would take a few minutes to analyze the drawings for each chapter trying to predict what it was about. The titles for each chapter were also comical. For instance, Chapter 13 was skipped because of the number 13. The title of this chapter explained why chapter 13 was skipped.
So in all, I enjoyed this book tremendously. I did not think that I would have been interested in reading the rest of the series but alas...I must know what will happen next. This book was a lot of fun and I highly recommend it to young readers.
