I really enjoyed this book about a woman who feels different from the rest of society and is very content and happy being a convenience store worker, but the rest of society won't leave her alone to do what she wants to do. She comes across a very unpleasant man who shares her disconnect from society but goes about dealing with it in a very destructive and parasitic way, and I wish there was more of a resolution at the end (what happens to him? What about her relationship with her sister?)

Quick, funny, and endearing, I was really rooting for the main character. Relatable for anyone who's had an identity crisis. Sometimes we get so caught up in looking for meaning and purpose that we miss the point by ignoring our own inner voice. Nobody else can tell you who you are.
