Grace is... a wet noodle...

I actually really liked this book. It's more innocent than Shiver was and let's you really feel the love between Sam and Grace. I fell in love at 17 myself, so I find that kind of love at such a young age completely believable.

4,5/5

Ok, let me say I really did enjoy this book. I liked it probably in someways best out of all her books because Sam is a great character. I did miss having Grace's point of view, but I grew to like Cole as a main character.

My big problem is that the ending hinges on Grace getting reinfected with the wolf virus, but she was already reinfected in book one when Shelby attacked her, so how is this whole story hanging on something that already took place?

I thought since half way through Shiver "why don't they just rebite her" and then when Shelby bit her I thought "Oh, it must not work that way."

Anyway, I like it. I wish I didn't have to over think it and maybe book three will explain it better.

Just as good as the second one... still ripped apart my heart and made me beg for more while hoping everything was going to be alright.
If you are trying to decide: should I read the second one or not... DOO!

This novel was an enjoyable read. I will admit that the angst/drama runs high occasionally and it is frustrating when the two will not talk to each other. Aside from that, the mythos of the werewolves and what causes them to change makes this story different and worth the read. In some places, it does feel very YA when Grace is arguing with her parents, but there are other times that some characters such as Isabelle and Cole seem so much older than high school students.

A nice, fun, escapist read, just like Shiver was before it. I recently reread it in order to catch up on the storyline before reading the final book in the trilogy.
Sam and Grace are both sweet, fairly believable characters and while I found myself liking the entrance of Cole and Isabel as main characters/narrators, I kind of missed seeing Sam and Grace in the story quite as much. Some of the plot points were glossed over and I hope are resolved in the last book of the trilogy, but even if they're not, it was still a fun and light read.

I just closed it, and don't really know what to say. The ending is so darn intense it left me close to speechless. It's great, people. It's mature in its calmness, poetically beautiful and wholly readable. It amazes me how such an action packed story can be so wonderfully serene at the same time.

I hope Forever is everything I hope it will be.

I enjoyed this more than I expected. I was intriqued with the disease/cure confusion and solution.
