"But i only see Kate. I only feel Kate"
It's easy to think that The Opposite of Always brings something refreshingly new to the YA scene, unfortunately it doesn't quite manage to shake the curse of most YA books - an annoying insistence on championing love at all cost.

Such a sweet, fun, original romance. I can’t wait to read more from Justin Reynolds. If you’re on the fence, just read Justin’s Goodreads review of this book... gives you a great glimpse into the way his mind works :-)

Groundhog's Day, in book format. Or actually, closer to the YA version of In A Holidaze.

I like that the book explores friendship as well as romance. I wasn't expecting that, and the book is all the better for it. I especially liked the relationship between Jack and Franny. It was my favorite part of the book. I very much enjoyed the first 1/3 of the book or so, but it was just a bit too long and I found myself feeling impatient. If the book had been shorter it would have been much more enjoyable.
