I didn't expect to love it this much. The way it's written and shows the development of Maurice becoming himself is just amazing. I want to read it again 10x times and analyse everything about it.

This book was beautiful.
I highly reccomend it to anyone- especially those who are in the LGBTQIA+ community and those who would like to understand more about life for gay individuals and couples in the early 1900s.
One thing I would like to mention is that the ending is a happy one, it is not a story that condemns gay people (which is pretty revolutionary given the opinions that society held on homosexuality at the time).
