This is great for identifying your work style and stressors, and how to work with different people. Which can be great tools in the workplace. This seemed repetitive of the Surrounded by Idiots book, hence the three stars

It started out strong. I thought it was going to be a 4 star reading. Probably because I was new to what the author wanted us to know. But, towards the middle, I really got bored. It was very repetitive and it wasn't interesting enough to keep my attention. Towards the ent, I ended up skipping some pages because I was ready to move on.

Bit cliche, fluffed up and content could be summarized in a blog post. Main premise is that people are goal/work oriented (red), or self-oriented (yellow), team players (green) or analytical (blue) or combination of those.
You should adjust yourself both as an employee or as a boss to better communicate. Not a novel concept in the slightest.

I also found the writing style bit annoying. Gives early 2000s self-help book.
