I was glad to enjoy this one just as much as the first volume but with less tears. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and context of a lifespan that is brought up throughout and with the paralleling of the current and previous journey Frieren took. It's cozy and engaging with several times that I had to laugh at antics of the characters. It's a lovely enjoyable read so far and I am looking forward to more.
