Idk man. This one just wasn't as good as The Ritual. Sin just mostly made me angry??? Like. I guess i get why he did the things he did but idk. There is just something about him that pisses me off lol

My little demon. She’s always been the one. She doesn’t know it, but when the time is right, I’ll let her know.
.

She was raised in a world where money and power are at your fingertips, her father was a lord, a very respected member of a secret society. When tragedy hits her family, she discovers they weren’t untouchable, just when she thought life couldn’t get any worse, she was shown what hell was like. That he came and saved her. The devil disguised as her personal hero. But of course, nothing is free not when a soul is up for grabs. Sin uses his power for his own sick pleasure, Sin wrecked her in the worse way, her body always craved the darker side of life and when the devil whispered in her ear that he loved her she was willing to show how devoted she was to him.

First of, definitely check your trigger warnings for this book, it’s incredibly dark and if you are triggered by anything on the list I wouldn’t suggest even starting the book. I really found the plot we had was really emotional and I generally had to keep going to the next chapter just to see where the plot line went, although obviously there was more spice than plot I was really intrigued into it. I would say I would of loved to seen a more built relationship between Sin and Elli it felt a little rushed and I didn’t really in the end see the connection between them. All the way through this book Tyson was still my favourite character in this series, the only one that would rather have common sense and was sensible throughout it. Hopefully Tyson’s story doesn’t disappoint me!

I loved Sin and Elli! Sin is unhinged but in the best way. I was so torn by the direction of the book mid way through but I kept going because I could not believe that it would end badly for Sin and Elli. It was fun to see the call backs in this book as well and how it was woven into the ritual.
