First I would like to say that I loved this book and how unhinged Sin is for Elli. Towards the end, when Elli gets Sin's journal and reads the letter, I balled while reading it. Knowing there were still about a hundred pages left so something was going to happen, but the feels got pulled on and I just let them fall.

I listened along to the audiobook on Audible, narrated by Laurie West and Peter Alden, and I personally feel that they added that much more to the book. The emotions they make you feel like you are watching the book rather than reading. I was grinning like a school girl listening to this audio. Blushed so many times, as well as sat with my jaw hanging open from utter shock. I loved it so much!

I did NOT like Linc from the moment his character came into the picture, and then finding out about James and Liam, oh hell no!! I am glad they all got what they had coming to them. The fucked around and found out fast that Sin wasn't playing around when it came to Elli. Once Sin found out about all the abuse that had been handed out to Elli because of her mother and Sin's father, I was so pissed and yelling at the book, so I am glad that Sin handled things in a L.O.R.D.S like way.

I was cheering for Elli the whole story and love how Shantel didn't make things predictable. There were twists and moments of utter shock left and right, and I was all for it.

This book was dark, and I would have to admit, my favorite so far of the L.O.R.D.S series. Sin is definitely a devil and I loved every second of him in this book. The way he protects Elli, even when she has no idea of what is going on.

I rated this book 5 stars and give it a 4 on the pepper scale. This book was spicy, it was dark and it will have me coming back for more of the L.O.R.D.S men here in the very near future.

If you are into dark romance and unhinged men, then this book is definitely for you! I didn't want to stop reading, and when I did, it was constantly on my mind, thinking about what was going to happen next in the story. The only thing I am upset with, is myself for not continuing the series sooner.

Welp, this was a feat! I didn’t know that such a sympathetic character could be written in a way that makes me absolutely loathe them but here we are. I pretty much hate both characters and there was not enough “right” happening in this book to overcome this. There is no breather and it was just trauma after trauma, miscommunication, and constant SA. This one completely missed the mark for me.

Let’s just say OMG!!! I feel like sin made Ryat look like a teddy bear.
But in all seriousness this book locked me in from the beginning all the twists turns that happen will keep you on the edge of your seat. Loved every minute reading this and sad to of finished the book (I was the same way with the Ritual).
It’s a definite must read if you love dark, college, bully romances.
