I waited too long to write a review on this book (5 days) and have already forgotten everything..
Nothing about this book stood out to me. It is the typical L.O.R.D.S. storyline but had a heavier and more traumatic plot that follows the FMC. I also just don't understand the order in which these books were published. You could easily skip this book and pick up The Sacrifice and not miss anything.

I don’t mind smut books but it was all so rapey. The main character has been raped multiple times and what her husband does feels the same
I simply could not finish the book. It was all spice with NO PLOT! Don’t get me wrong I am a spice girl without a doubt. BBBBBUUUUTTTTT the story has to have a plot to it. It went from one questionable sex scene to the next. I stopped at 18%

This book was awful for 90% of the book. I loved the first one and I was excited to read this one but it was a waste of time. I’m not a DNF person so I suffered through it.
