Shantel did it again every book she writes becomes my new favorite. If you thought Ryat was depraved wait till you meet Sin. Elli has definitely been dealt a bad hand in life and while he torments her as well it’s the best kind. There relationship gives rocky a new meaning but he would definitely burn down the world for her. The spice is top tier as usual and a large part of the story but the twists in the plot will keep you on your toes ass well.

I’m so ready for the next book in the series

It’s a carbon copy of the ritual (book 1) but with less loveable characters and nothing else different happens

I had no issue with the darkness level. It started out really well, unfortunately by 50% I just felt it was way too long and repetitive. I loved The Ritual, but this one fell flat for me.
