I really love this series. Already started the next book. Really don't need this series to end!

This one wasn't my favorite. I remember liking The Ritual a lot more, but for me this one fell flat. I still like the world of The Lords and the dark intensity of the story, but the characters in this one didn't really do it for me.

I JUST HATED THIS BOOK Idk why
actually i do she was tricked into marrying sin
— this poor girl doesnt talk at all during sex if i remember correctly. we only know she likes this stuff cus she writes about her sexual desires in her diary.

— she married sin thinking she was signing a lease to a house or something.

i think i dislike this book cus sin reminds me so much of zade meadows and i hate zade meadows

she gets off from him for 3 years and doesn’t even know its him for 3 years.

he fucks her when she thinks its her teacher fucking her .

she gets with her teacher

the coordinator of the lords at that school married her mum and tried to fuck her / . also they try to get her to marrry someone else when she’s already married wtf

this poor girl needs a nice sweet man from all the sa and trauma she experienced as a teenager but no she ends up with sin .

I was conflicted about how to rate this book. I enjoyed the storyline and Sin’s character (he was unhinged), but Elli drove me up the wall.

I understood everything that she went through but for someone who experienced what she did, I couldn’t imagine them putting themselves in that position continuously. I wanted to slap her around half the time. Maybe it was the drug use that annoyed me. Idk. Like I said, I was conflicted because I wanted to like her and I sorta did!

Sin’s feelings on the other hand gave me whiplash. I needed him to treat Elli differently after what she endured, but I will say that he always did do what was in her best interests. Now killing everyone who ever hurt her? That was hot. I’ll give him that. Giving her nipple piercings while she was tied up and blindfolded? Crazy as hell.

The amount of twists and turns in this book is insane! Sin is one a morally black and he gets what he wants. Sin and Elli's story is a rough one, but it is beautiful in a twisted way.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE always check your triggers, especially for this one!
