We have finally reached the end of Lips' story.
She has to deal with Senior and the Jackal if she wants to have a "normal" life where people don't want to own her. Moreover it's her last year in school, so she also needs to study to graduate. If that wasn't enough, she finds out about a family she never knew existed, and she brings changes in the Twelve.
This is oner of the best series I've ever read. I really don't know why I waited so long to read it.

The only book with some typos. Bringing the gang together and growing the chosen family was nice but there were introductions made parts at the resolution of the climax and as a result the ending of the series is very open ended almost like a cliff hanger. The series does conclude, and it’s obvious we’re just set up for more stories in this world/family, but I can’t help but hate that click-baity feel at the end. I’m invested in the characters though so I will likely pick up the other series.
I read this book really slow for the reason being i didn't want this series to end... the amount of emotions that went through me was crazy. the last book, to be real honest was my least favourite of the series. there is just something about the second and third book that had pure crack in it that made me devour the two books so fast. for the last one, the found family troupe really hit hard especially with lips finding out she has actual siblings.
overall, this series had me shedding a couple of tears, punching my pillow, staying up till 5 am, blushing and kicking. i love this series, it might even become a comfort read of mine and for sure i will be reading the spin-off of this series with our favourite ice queen, avery beaumont.

I freaking loved these books. Lips is amazing! Her friendship with Aves is everything to me. Actually not just with Aves but her relationship with Illis and her new found family is just amazing. There’s only one thing that annoys me: Harley gives me some kind of “Darius Acrux vibes” (from Zodiac Academy) and I hate Darius and his possessive attitude. I also believe that we could have more coming from Lips and Ash… Apart from that, I enjoyed so much reading it all and I 100% recommend it.
Apparently this isn't the end to the series? so I'm holding out for a more fulfilling end to this series.
