Only slightly better than Haunting and that is because I actually enjoyed the second half of this book. I thought a lot of the scenes were for shock value and didn't add to the story. Overall, disappointed that I purchased these books.

I started it because I read the first two books, but I just cannot be bothered to continue. I didn't care for the other ones, so I can't imagine this one being much better. These books are just not my cup of tea.

Trigger warnings don't bother me, I'll read anything, but literally half the book is just pure abuse, and it got old fast. I loved the dark romance of the first book but this book lacked that which was disappointing. I didn't care for the trafficking plot, the revenge killings or Addie having the same "i hate him/i love him" dilemma over and over. It took me a long time to finish this book but I'm glad i stuck it out to see how it ended
