This book was just fucking weird.
theyre is some EXTREME topics in this book so just look up TWs . The fact that they slept together even though he thought that they were siblings is just DISGUSTING AND WEIRD.I fucking hated the Mcs mom in this.Wouldnt recommend tbh.

I enjoyed this book way more than the original trilogy. For one, Xander is not as problematic as Aiden and it was so refreshing to read.

This book is about Kimberly, Elsa's friend, and Xander, a friend of Aiden. I must say this book has a lot more depth than the previous ones because Kimberly actually has a personality (compared to Elsa) and we get to see all of that.
I will say, check the trigger warnings because this book is a lot (the author also metnions it in the beginning, so be sure you can read this).

I liked the romance between Xander and Kimberly (the banter they had was just good, a little problematic sometimes but not too much). Everything was going well until suddenly a "plot twits" arrived.
Why was it a good idea to put the sibling trope in here? These are not Jace and Clary? And even then, it didn't even have an impact on the story because they only talked about it for some good 5 pages and it turned out that they were not even related in the slightest bit. It didn't stop them from loving each other. It was not fun to read that part but okay.

The end was really dissapointing for me (especially the epilogues, they just don't add any satisfaction to the story or the couple).
again with the marriage and pregnancy, like they're what? 23 or something? Let them have a life, who wants to read about this marriage and carrying a child? Not me. I came for the smut not a baby (at young age).

This book is definitely better than the first trilogy but it still had me dissapointed overall.
