Alot more plot to it than the first one in the series. I loved Mark and Chet together and how all the obstacles they faced together made them stronger. Good amount of spice to it still, I felt like I cried, swooned and got angry all at once at certain points. Neve is an amazing writer!

UGHHHHHHHHH DUDE THE EPILOGUE.
Okay, it was a little dense at times but I loved the build of their friendship/enemies/relationship situation with all the angst in my big, dumb heart.
Neve is my favorite author in regards to developing out the intricacies of a relationship and best yet, a friendship. I struggle to explain it, but the way she builds everything up by delving into snippets of their past is my absolute favorite.
Also Iām HYPED the next book is for Jesse and Sam.

Excellent brain candy and a lovely continuation of the universe Wilder created in Want Me. This is definitely better written than the first in this series, the universe more fleshed out and the way the characters were set up was also better done.
These two are very much a friends to enemies to lovers trope, and while I am all for a spicy smutty scene, I was almost overwhelmed by the sheer volume of sex these two had. It was bonkers.
