DNF-ing the book.
Still counting it towards my reading goal as I have put in the effort and have tried to read it.

Long winded, boring, and nothing happened. I skimmed to find out what happened with her family

Awkward, charming, raw and real. Thought the author did a great job depicting the impacts of trauma in a beautifully written story.

This book was perfectly fine I guess. I think I was expecting more because of the good reviews but I felt like nothing happened. I also found Eleanor a little annoying. I had no idea what this book was about going into it which I think contributed to my feelings.
