Sapphic friends to lovers about a witch and a bear shifter who hook up during their annual friends weekend and fall in love. Definitely hot, felt a bit stilted, and needed more character development. Interested to watch and see how this author/series grows!

Quick, hot, cute! Can't wait to see what happened to Celia and Edie. :)

While I enjoyed this novella and I understand this is a very short story, I don't feel like I got to know the characters very much. It felt like I started the book half way and not at the beginning since these two women already knew each other and had a backstory, that we were not really privy to. I had a hard time with them going from friends to lovers so quickly without anything happening before this weekend, like not even a little light flirting or banter like the other couples, who are clearly fighting their attraction for each other and have for a long time before their trip.

This was a hot quick short story. I enjoyed it for what it was. Very interested in the side characters romances
