This book also barely has a plot, BUT it has a giant dumb war and the invention of aquatic therapy instead of mind-numbing Tribe of Rushing Water nonsense so I give it a pass (and 1.5 more stars) (rounded up).

The whole plot with Wind Clan attacking has been very confusing. Liminal space occupied by Tigerstar is also confusing. I assume Sol is some kind of cult stand in? He takes Blackstar away from belief in Starclan and mesmerized Jaypaw with info about the prophecy, but it really makes no sense.

Rereading a book you enjoyed tremendously the first time is definitely a hard decision, for me at least. But a friend of mine is reading them for the first time and I just couldn't resist myself. Of course, I knew it wouldn't be as great of an experience as before (it never is), but I had a fantastic time nonetheless!

Power of Three is probably one of my favorite arcs, mainly because of its characters. Their personalities are charismatic and relatable, while also having inner struggles and flaws. I had almost forgotten how much I liked Hollyleaf and I'm glad this book reminded me why she's one of my favorite characters from the series. Sol is between my favorite villains, so I was really looking forward to meeting him again in this novel, and I wasn't disappointed!

I admit the pacing was a bit slow at the beginning, but by the middle the major events started happening and the fun truly began. The eclipse battle was very exciting and had me at the edge of my seat the whole time, decidedly one of the best battles in Warriors.

I will never get tired of recommending this series, and this book was truly a ride! This reread showed me it really deserves that five-star rating.

Oh man, things are ramping up. Only one mistake that I found in my book, so not nearly as bad as it has been.
