oh my gosh. i really enjoyed this book!

the twist at the end was absolutely insane. i can't believe i have to wait so long for the next book, i hope we get some conclusion in it like we did with the first book showing up in the second.

i was rooting for the one Verity felt a spark with but now i'm so conflicted!!!

Spoiler-y mini rant below:
What the hell was this ending. If I thought the first book of this series made me question about everything, this one did it even more.
The last sentence of both the final chapter and the epilogue shook me to my core.

I need a sequel to Verity’s story asap! Although, I doubt a new book within this series is going to be happening any time soon, the next book will probably be about another Thaumas sister. Ugh.

I was supposed to read this during spooky month if it wasn't for the reading slump. But, better late than never.

I never knew I needed sequel to 'House of Salt and Sorrows' until I saw this!

Yearly Erin A. Craig book ✅️
No one does horrory ya fantasy like she does. I'm so happy we got to read little Verity's story, and I loved how this expands on the 12 dancing princesses retelling. The Sisters of the Salt has definitely reconfirmed itself as one of my all-time favourite series.
