This was fine but not for me. I think if you are new to omegaverse you would like the cozy small town easy tones of this one.
As for me I think I am over the trope of the omega being so shit and unhappy in their life they need the extremely perfect alphas to rescue, fix, teach her about herself. I have such a hard time believing that this mid 20's woman who has a masters degree, works in libraries and is a self proclaimed homebody who is constantly reading and seeking knowledge knows basically nothing about her biological designation. Therefore must by taught by her new Alpha pack, who also knew next to nothing until they read a handful of books (from her library!) and phoned a few family members for some omega advice. (likes warmers and soft stuff). GTFO. I am tired of this type thing being used to force intimacy between the characters as if this is considered caretaking. The guys who have not a single internal or external issue have all the solutions to her life....sigh yeah ok.
Strangely enough I might read the next one because I did like the intro to some of the town side characters/friend group and hope that the characters will be more fleshed out in the next instalment. Let's have some normal conflicts please!

This was a cute quick read about Cali finding her pack. Connor, Bax and Seth are so great with Cali and help her overcome the issues her ex-fiance caused. I also loved that Cali found a group of friends as well and that she was much happier after having moved there.

I have been in a terrible reading slump for a few weeks. Omegaverse has been then only thing that really sounds exciting to read, so I picked up A Pack of Cozy on a whim, kind of as a palate cleanser and reset. It sounded light, cozy, and adorable. And let me tell you, I cannot express how thoroughly this book hit just right. It hit every cinnamon roll, cute possessive alpha, sweet omega, spicy I could have possibly asked for. It was fun. There was emotion and healing, without having heavy trauma. The romance had me smiling and kicking my feet. The vibes, for me in this moment, were immaculate. That being said, the book isn’t perfect. It wasn’t trying to be, and that’s okay. I personally thought there were some minor pacing issues, particularly with the healing arc. I also found the three MMCs to be a bit…indistinguishable, and one point I noted that it felt like two of the MMCs may have swapped a character trait. I think there could have been a little bit more development to give them truly unique voices. The writing itself had moments here and there that could have used some polishing, but I was too drawn into the story to even note specific incidences. Which tells me that while it wasn’t perfect, my enjoyment wasn’t affected. I give this a solid 4 stars and 3 🌶️ for spice. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for some light and sweet omegaverse. I look forward to the 2nd book in the series.

Cute book. Quite a few editing errors. I did like the characters though
