What a ride!

I'll be honest with you, I wasn't really into it until about 40% in, but from there it was hard to put down. I believe it was because at that point in the book, I decided to look at it in a different manner. This was posed to me as an erotic romance, which I disagree with.

What this book really is, is a first hand view of the chaotic life of an addict. It's messy, it's dangerous, sometimes it can be kind of sexy, but most of all it is STRESSFUL!

It wasn't a sexy book in my opinion though, which is alright. There was a lot of sex that happened but it was very much wham-bam-thank-you-maam. It also felt like a lot of the sex scenes were lacking any consent, which was a little uncomfortable. However, as I said if you are looking at this as a story of an addicts life, I think it makes sense.

It was written nicely & I'm glad I got to read it.
