This was a fantastic second chance at love romance. It was a really well written story and it was a genuine page turner. Tucker and Miranda had a very interesting meet cute and I was all for it. It was a story that started with a bit of heartbreak and it definitely had some drama, but it worked for the storyline. I loved that the story was both a love story and had a touch of murder mystery to it. I loved all of the characters and I’ll have to go back and read Until Willow. It was just such a fantastic story and I can’t wait to see what will happen when Miles and Dalton get stories of their own.

One of my favorite things about this authors writing is that her characters work things out instead of walking away (as in, no third act breakups!). Tucker and Miranda had so much drama, and Tuckers job stressors, but they stuck through it, and had actual conversations and honesty. I loved everything about this story, even the parts that made me cry. I cannot wait for the brothers’ stories!
We follow the story of Miranda and Tucker who have been cheated on by their partners and find some sort of comradery in each other after the facts.
I actually really liked this one! the characters seemed very mature by the end of it. The mystery was interesting and the potential for other couples were there. I loved how supportive everyone was.
I would've liked a bigger development of the mystery that Tucker was solving since it felt a little bit rushed to me and it left me with so many questions. I would also like reassurance that Naomi is still very unhappy, but also very far away from them and that Carrie is super bad-ass woman who has a stunning career and a super cool and loving boyfriend.
Overall it made for a quick and good read (:

Before We Fall is a sweet yet spicy romance between two characters who’ve been hurt by someone who should have loved them forever.
Miranda discovers her husband is cheating on her. She is a mom of a little boy and I love how she always put him first. Every choice she made was with him in mind. So many single moms have to make that hard decision to leave circumstances they never thought they would have to. The author really portrayed a hurt and heartbroken woman experiencing the pain of her husband cheating on her and making the choice to leave even though she has a child.
Tucker is also being cheated on…by the woman sleeping with Miranda’s husband. Fortunately for him he kind of expected it. I loved how caring he was for Miranda and how he stood up for her against her ex husband. He is also a dirty talker and whew…those scenes were hot!
One aspect I wasn’t expecting in this book was the side story of Tucker solving a murder. That part was enjoyable but I felt like the ending of it was a little rushed.
Overall the story was pretty decent. If you are looking for a hurt woman with trust issues and a man who loves her the way she should be who’s willing to fight for her this is for you!

Une romance que j'attendais avec beaucoup d'impatience !!
On avait déjà eu un aperçu de Tucker dans le tome Until Willow comme c'est l'un des frères de Clay (ET J’ESPÈRE TELLEMENT QU'ON AURA LES TOMES DES AUTRES FRÈRES !) et j'étais hyper curieux de son histoire avec Miranda vu que leur rencontre est tellement originale ... Et j'ai adoré ! Je ne m'attendais pas à une romance aussi mignonne et j'ai adoré les voir tomber amoureux comme ça et surmonter leurs problèmes (et leurs exs =D)
Bref, une romance mignonne et sexy qui se lit trop vite !
PS: ce livre a été la parfaite excuse pour moi pour relire quasiment tous les livres de l'auteure xD

And I loved it ! I didn't expect such a cute romance and I loved seeing them fall in love like that and overcome their problems (and their exes =D)
In short, a cute and sexy romance that I read too quickly!
PS: this book was the perfect excuse for me to re-read almost all of the author's books xD

What happens when two people find out their spouse is cheating on them, divorce them, and then fall in love with each other? Add in a murder mystery, great story telling, and found family and you have this book.
I loved this book! I have never read anything like it before. Although the relationship between Tucker and Miranda came about in unfavorable circumstances there relationship was still so great to see play out. The drama from outside sources and how they dealt with that in a way that improved their relationship was amazing. I loved the stability that they found within each other and were able to grow from there. The element of suspense in the murder case was by far the most interesting part. Seeing those elements of Tuckers job kept me intrigued and wanting to know who was responsible as well.
Definitely worth the read!

The story follows their journey, overcoming their exes attempts to splitting them and beginning a new healthy relationship when they met because of their exes.

His relationship with Miranda's son is priceless. He is protective, tender, sweet, patient,...
It was a real pleasure to get his story. I live the men from this apartment complex and was very happy to see them again.

Lovely read, I expected more drama because the info said about exs causing trouble making them doubt if their love was real or just cause of what happened, but everytime one tried to cause trouble they both trusted each othet instantly so no drama which was nice for once
