Quickie review: 3.5-3.75 stars. This was a pretty good. It had a good, interesting story with a dash of mystery. It was entertaining and steamy, but a little lacking in chemistry. Still, I do enjoy this series and will continue it.

I just love anything Aurora Rose Reynolds writes.
Tucker and Miranda meet because their spouses are cheating together, a bit of trauma bonding, I suppose. But ahhhhh their connection just brings them together closer and closer.
It’s a little angsty, a little spicy, but always satisfying. I love knowing the ending, I’m always gonna get a happily ever after with ARR and it’s just such an enjoyable experience.
Another winner from ARR and I can’t wait for more.

Tucker Beckett and Miranda Owens met under some very unusual circumstances. Who would have thought a connection would be made with the person’s spouse that your spouse was cheating with? There was definitely a connection that both Tucker and Miranda felt. It doesn’t help that they kept running into each other. Staying on each other’s mind. This was wrong, right? Tucker and Miranda fought the pull for as long as they could. Fate has a way of winning out.
That’s not the only story here. Tucker is a detective and is working on solving a murder case. The cheating spouses are still struggling to stay in their lives, despite being still being together. Who does that? Miranda has to deal with her ex because they have a child together. Kingston, is the cutest. Aurora always does a good job of portraying kids and making them an integral part book.
My favorite part of the book is the epilogue. Aurora always gives us a good picture of the the happy couple into future. I love to see how the family has developed. If you have read any of the Until Her/Him series, Tucker and his brothers will be familiar to you.

I'm not one for a lot of drama, but what I liked about this one is that the drama was outside the relationship. Both main characters had drama with their exes and I really like how they handled it. I pretty much devoured this book and wish I had another one to start up. Great book!

Tucker is a part of a family of brothers who were together in the same foster home, and after losing their sister to tragic circumstances make decisions in their lives in an effort to help others and prevent what happend to her from happening to anyone else. Tucker is a police detective and he has a crappy marriage. He discovers that his wife is cheating under strange circumstances and when he runs into single mom Miranda, he can't deny his attraction to her, even if her husband is cheating with his wife.
