I’m still not sure how I feel about this book. Some of the parts, like the flipping back and forth between past and present, or Jane being annoying, made me kind of frustrated and made this a bit longer of a read than i anticipated. Other parts, like the whole entire ending, made it a whole lot better for me and almost bumped it to 4 stars. I really like reflective books and because I felt that i related to Jane in some ways her evolution in the end kinda stuck with me. I also like that I learned quite a bit about actual evolution and darwinism, as well as some other cool science facts!
