it took me a while to get to the middle of this book, but then once the pace picked up, i was hooked by this dark, disturbing read that pulled me into a depraved world and refused to let go until the very last page.

if you're in the mood for a psychological thriller that's as chilling as it is thought-provoking, this is the book for you. just be prepared to be left with a lingering sense of unease long after you've closed the cover. i rated this 3.5 stars for its twisted depravity and deducted stars because the ending felt rushed and i wanted to delve more into the recover process

Not enjoying anything about it. Uninteresting characters, non compelling mystery, slow pace, unlikeable narration.

I'm baffled this book isn't talked about more. Such a good book.

I really enjoyed this and flew through it. It was creepy, tense and  unnerving. Well developed characters and had a good pace. Kept me curious as to what Camille would do or find next the whole read.
